Body

The body is ancient and the mind is new. The body offers us intuitive messages of sensations and inner knowing when we take the time to listen. The womb is where all of our trauma is stored, along with our confidence, worthiness, aspirations and sensual nature. When we free out our body through somatic healing of movement, touch, song...it creates space for the energy to move. Within my work the body is the strong compass and within that it is the womb that is our navigator. Our bodies are inter-dimensional and when you work 1:1 or in group spaces with me, your perspective and your experience of 'self' will deepen and expand. Our skin, blood, muscles and bones carry story, memory and wisdom... my sessions are where we return together to remember why we are truly here. 

 

Song

Remembering your mother song is a strong pillar within my work. The song is our frequency and true expression that has the power to bend time and space. To free out your voice will penetrate anything left within your body that is stuck, the voice is pure light that can never be broken or misused. leaning into voice works has the power to ripple into many aspects of our lives, strengthening boundaries, relationships, goals, desires and also supporting in emotional initiation of birth, grief, pain and pleasure.

 

Art

 

Creativity comes from the pure expression of spirit. Being an Artist is dedicating time (or sometimes your life) to being a pure channel for spirit to come through. Within my session work I merge the lines between creative expression, somatic healing and vocal expression creating a space of psychic creation. I use paint on the body to activate and clear meridian lines on the body, to open parts of the body that are closed, have stagnant emotion built up or are being asked to be activated for further healing and clarity. Aside from bringing painting into the actual session, my harness my creativity is expressed through drawing to understand a clients energetics before beginning a session. This continues to bleed into my personal creative practice of painting on canvas to understand the collective energetics at play.
